CANCELLATION POLICY

All fees will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available for cancellations after 21 days prior to the start of the conference. Substitutions are permitted at any time.

In the event that you cancel this Agreement, CMMC Day Organizer shall refund to you the remaining fees, if any, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Please see the Substitution Policy below for details. If you do not attend the CMMC Day and did not cancel your registration but have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail.

BADGE CONTROL

CMMC Day-issued credentials are the sole property of the CMMC Day Organizer and must be surrendered upon demand to CMMC Day and/or CMMC Day Organizer representatives. CMMC Day-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the CMMC Day or designated off-site activities. False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, misuse of an exhibitor’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor, will be just cause for expelling the exhibitor and his representative(s) from the conference and/or banning them from future entrance into the conference. This would also warrant the removal of the exhibitor’s booth from the floor without obligation on the part of CMMC Day Organizer for refund of any fees. The exhibitor, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the conference through the exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

CMMC Day is held in a public space, therefore CMMC Day Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some CMMC Day activities. CMMC Day reserves the right to use images taken at the CMMC Day with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

BADGE SCANNING

You may be asked to scan your badge either at exhibit booths and/or session rooms. Please note scanning of your badge is optional. When your badge is scanned by exhibitors and/or sponsors during CMMC Day, you are opting-in to receiving communications from that entity. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.

SOLICITING IN THE EXPOSITION

Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at CMMC Day. CMMC Day Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from CMMC Day who is reported to be soliciting in the conference and who is not a CMMC Day sponsor or exhibitor. CMMC Day Organizer encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. CMMC Day Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

DRONES

The use of Drones/Unmanned Aircrafts (“UAV”) is strictly prohibited at all times throughout the entire Venue and the adjacent areas outside of the Venue. UAV’s are devices that are used or intended to be used for flight in the air with no onboard pilot (either controlled manually or through an autopilot using a data link to connect the pilot to the UAV).

ADMITTANCE

In its sole discretion and without refund, CMMC Day Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the CMMC Day anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the CMMC Day or any other attendee.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

To request that CMMC Day Organizer remove your name from future print mailings, send a written request, specifying the name, company name and address you are requesting to have removed from the mailing list, to:

CMMC Day

The views expressed by any CMMC Day attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of CMMC Day. All CMMC Day attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.

FORCE MAJEURE

CMMC Day Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of CMMC Day Organizer or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, CMMC Day Organizer may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of CMMC Day Organizer. In the event CMMC Day cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, CMMC Day Organizer shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. CMMC Day Organizer will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
