J.C. Dodson

J.C. is a partner at Cyber Activities Group (CAG) with international expertise in cyber strategy, policy, and operational design. CAG is a private international investment and solutions company advancing secure digital infrastructure for national governments and commercial clients. He currently supports operations in Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. J.C. is founder and principal at JCARL Group, a referral-only global risk, resilience, and response advisory firm. He is a board member and advisor to global technology companies and non-profit organizations.

He served over 20 years as an executive with BAE Systems where key roles included Chief Security Officer, Global Chief Information Security Officer, and advanced technologies program management. Prior to joining BAE Systems, J.C. was a career miliary officer serving as a colonel with the U.S. Air Force. Primary duties included flying operations, acquisition management, special technical activities, and command assignments.
